India’s first personal and beauty care unicorn company, Good Glamm Group has made a great change in its board by appointing Sukhleen Aneja as its Chief Executive Officer. Sukhleen is appointed as the Beauty and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Brands Division’s CEO who will thus head the brand’s business throughout.

Sukhleen was a former executive at the Consumer Goods Giant Reckitt, where she was a Chief Marketing Officer for the said group. An interesting fact with this appointment is the factor that the $1.2 Billion beauty company, Good Glamm group has been working for about a year or so in making a completely new and refreshing leadership team. Thus the launching of Sukhleen Aneja as the first-ever professional CEO of the beauty group.

This beauty group includes people in their leadership team from many of the famous veterans and brands of the country such as Unilever, Godrej, L’Oreal, Myntra, Nykaa, etc. They are looking forward to extracting more experienced people who are experts in their respective sectors to make Digital Brands a complete success in the online waters.

In an interview with her appointment, Sukhleen expressed her excitement and happiness with her new role as well as commented about the condition of Beauty and personal care products in the digital markets. She said that beauty and personal care are highly under-leveraged online and that’s where there is the opportunity to create strong and powerful consumers.
