Few Tips To Get Rid Of Dark Elbow And Knee

  • Baking Soda:

  • Mix about a teaspoon of baking soda with milk or water in a bowl.

Yogurt or curd is a good moisturizer because of its soothing properties. Yogurt can also lighten skin tone because of its sour nature as well.

How To Use:

  • Add a little amount of vinegar and gram flour to the yogurt and make a paste.
  • Apply it and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it with water.

You can also mix oatmeal with yogurt and apply it on your knees and elbows for a good result.

  • Cleansing & Exfoliation:

Along with applying natural homemade remedies to your skin’s affected areas, spending a little more effort and care towards knees and elbows will prove wonders to your skin. For spotless, tightened and refreshed skin, nothing is better than proper cleansing and exfoliation of skin.

Cleansing:

  • Always clean your skin areas covering knees and elbows nicely with soap or body wash every day during bathing.
